Sarah Hardy began Hebe Konditori in 2017. She studied Sculpture at the Glasgow School of Art and after graduating applied her sculpting skills to creating cakes. As well as creating cakes for Hebe she has worked with several well known London bakeries and brands, designing and developing menus and cakes. She also works as a food stylist and recipe developer, specialising in cakes and desserts.
